- What is turnkey software?
- Turnkey software is a product that is already built, tested and running before you buy it. Instead of commissioning a system and waiting months for a first version, you subscribe to something proven and we configure it around your data, rules and branding.
- How is turnkey different from custom software?
- Turnkey means you get an existing product configured to fit you, which is faster and cheaper but shaped by decisions already made. Its cost also scales with the number of users and licences. Custom software is built specifically for your problem, which takes longer to develop but can bring long-term cost savings compared with a subscription. Aliencode Tech does both, and will evaluate for you which one your situation calls for.
- Can turnkey products be customised?
- Yes. Branding and colour themes are part of standard configuration. Larger enhancements are quoted separately, and every turnkey product can be extended with additional functionality.
- Where is the data hosted?
- Wherever you want it. Our software follows backend-agnostic design principles, which means you can choose between hosting on cloud, on-premise or anywhere else. Setup on your chosen hosting platform is included, and we work to the data security requirements agreed for the deployment.
- How much do Vigil and Relief Planning cost?
- Both are licensed by subscription and quoted per deployment, against the scope you actually need. Contact us for a written quotation. We accept multiple payment currencies and methods.
- Can we see a demonstration before committing?
- Yes. The usual first step is a walkthrough on live data, on a topic you choose. A trial environment can follow once we have scoped what you would be deploying, and we set that up for you. Contact us to arrange either.
